Our friends at El Zapote built a dark room this harvest season! It’s a temperature and humidity controlled environment that they’re using for experiments and small lots. We have a few of these coffees scheduled for arrival later this year and honestly they’re fantastic. We’ve been drinking El Zapote for a long time now and I’m here to tell you that these coffees are the best we’ve had. The precise environmental control afforded from the dark room intensifies and clarifies the flavors. This H1 is one of the first lots of their experiments this year and we only have a small amount, so get it while you can. But definitely be on the look out for more good times from El Zapote hitting later this summer.
