It’s also has what I’d say is an uncommon profile for the variety. The expected florals are certainly there, along with the crisp citric acidity we love. But it’s the coconut vibe that keeps me coming back for more. Coconut can maybe be divisive flavor, but trust me that it’s lovely here. It forms the backbone of the cup. It’s less tropical and more like coconut water, lending sweetness and a rich buttery character to the mouthfeel. It rounds the cup off in a way that keeps it endlessly chuggable. So yes, a washed gesha can be an every day drinker. And they’re always good times to me.
