UNFINISHED BUSINESS

We find ourselves constantly growing as coffee drinkers. The more we learn and experience, the more our preferences change. The coffee industry is also growing nonstop. New producers, growing regions, varietals, and processing methods are regularly changing the landscape of specialty coffee. We wanted to create a house blend to help us celebrate our own progression as well as coffee itself. Allow us to introduce the Ghost Coffee Collab house blend, Unfinished Business.

Our goal with Unfinished Business is to create a great coffee that allows us room to grow. The blend components will change as new coffees become available to us and we chase the elusive perfect cup, but you can expect it to remain reliably tasty across a multitude of brew methods.

In immersion brews, pour overs, and espresso alike, this coffee features silky textures, ripe red fruits, sparkling acidity, and candy sweetness. We love it in a cappuccino, where it assumes a raspberry hot chocolate quality. So brew it however you’d like and join us in chasing that perfect cup. Though if you’re anything like us, that chase will always be Unfinished Business.
